Thurgood Marshall College is one of the seven undergraduate colleges at UC San Diego. I led the design process for event marketing materials, creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs, collaborating with departments for cohesive branding, and participating in critiques for continuous improvement.
MercuryHealth is a healthcare technology company that uses advanced AI sensors to enhance safety and care for loved ones. With sleek, room-mounted devices, the system detects activities like lying in bed, sitting, standing, leaving the room, or falling, providing real-time insights to caregivers. As a Product Designer, I crafted a user-centric website, marketing brochures, pitch decks, and social media content to effectively communicate the value of MercuryHealth's innovative solutions and drive engagement with stakeholders.

This project aimed to enhance the student experience at UCSD's Geisel Library by addressing the challenges associated with locating and accessing study rooms. Our team developed an innovative, interactive kiosk system that provides real-time data on study room availability, including identifying reserved but unoccupied rooms. The kiosk features an intuitive user interface, streamlined navigation, and mobile integration that allows students to receive directions directly on their devices.
After completing the kiosk project, I identified significant usability challenges in the Geisel Library's online reservation system, which inspired me to undertake a comprehensive redesign. This extension of the project aimed to improve the overall user experience by addressing key pain points and enhancing accessibility. By aligning the digital reservation process with user needs, this redesign strives to make the library's resources more efficient and user-friendly for students and staff alike.
